Course Description
Students will explore topics such as properties and systems of matter; forces and motion in systems; waves and energy; characteristics of the universe; climate and weather; global climate; stability and change in ecosystems; and cells, organisms, and species survival. Each lesson is built around a scientific phenomenon or engineering problem that engages students! As students explore this phenomenon or problem throughout a lesson, they build science understanding by making observations, discovering patterns, using engineering practices, and analyzing data.
