Welcome to 8th Grade ELA!

I am so excited to be teaching 8th grade English Language Arts this year. Middle school goes by in a flash, and I am honored to spend this final year of middle school with your students, guiding them as they grow as readers, writers, and thinkers. I can not believe we are finally closing the middle school chapter! It feels like it was just yesterday when I was teaching this same group in 6th grade ELA! 

I love being involved in our school community and am thrilled to help with Student Council this year. You can also catch me out on the field and track, I will be coaching girls soccer as well as boys and girls track! Communication is key to a successful school year.
